To all, LOR has (or had) a great business plan. Things are changing very quickly in the telcom business. Fierce competition is the main threat to any investment in telco. Rates that you can charge are rapidly declining. Now they are offering weekends at .05 a minute. Can it go lower? Yes. Can you pay off your equipment and operate your company profitably 2 years out? The jury is out. This is a very rapidly changing business and any plan made a year of more ago may now prove to be obsolete.
