I didn't know about it...but in any case, if you don't see the difference between a newspaper doing such a thing and the VP of the country she was enlisted to defend and work for, one of us is indeed pathetic...clue...it isn't me.

The VP didn't out her, Armitage of the State Department did, he was apparently fired for this reason. He was not charged because she, Plame actually did not have the status she claimed. The only crime was lying to the investigators, not the outing.
