Is it possible this is the 1969-70 time period we are going through right now?..rates are quite low and junior miners charts do look a lot like 1966-70 the past five years.. XLF broke support on the Freddie/Fannie collapse..playing for a parabolic VIX in coming days to be a nice entry for intermediate term..
