Hi Roebear, longtime no hear.

I think I am agreement with you on the greenhouse effect .... if there is something to this side of the theory we should see results soon.

I like the chart and yes it looks toppy to me.

It makes little sense to me that man in the spate of a few years altered things enough to create the type of energy changes in progress. It seems there has to be another source. So been following the solar irradiance view a bit myself, for a few years.

I think the northern hemisphere winters have already cooled off a bit. Two years ago we actually had a fairly cool one. No headlining records for new record lows, but on average a good bit colder than normal. Last year was milder, but followed by a very cool late winter and spring (spring being what it is here). Not many warm days until recently in fact.

Getting wood is my next chore, will be fire killed spruce for this year me thinks. Too late to cure out birch.

The moose picture .... got that from a friend. I came across a pair about like that a few years ago (baby still wobbly), but alas no camera.

I raise cabbages every year for the moose. Getting a bit irritated though, cuz they continue to take more than their fair share and leave me few to none. They aren't nice about it either. Darwinism or moosism at work I guess.

Do you watch the 'Tougher In Alaska Series'? Been a good bit about Fairbanks, the Haul Road, etc. recently. My back yard so to speak.

Nice to hear from you again.
