To me this is further proof that NUMONYX is still an integral part of INTC and hardly a separate entity. If Eclipse works and SPSN is able to manufacture it with the cost structure management has been talking about things will get more difficult(costly) for NUMONYX in the future. I wonder how much this deal is costing INTC/STM? It's really going to get ironic if INTC is forced to support EcoRAM.
