Any feedback on the latest EDGAR filing, for this so called 'emergency' shareholder meeting to be held 11/24/97. I didn't analyze the filing but after skimming the highlights I didn't like what I saw. Anyway I hope all of you will vote No to any changes in amount of shares authorized (500MM is ludicrous!) Also, Do you think Seagate's disappointing earnings because of its dependence on the Southeast Asian economy will bode well for JTS (India - based), any comments on this statement also welcome..
