I've noticed, along with others, that traffic is lighter these days on the freeways. Have you noticed that in Tampa? Seems to be but it's always lighter in the summer (fewer tourists and no school). Seeing a lot more scouters. Also maybe it's my imagination but it seems like there are slightly fewer SUVs and more smaller cars. Could be people are just making a choice and leaving the larger vehicle at home.
