The problem is that Bush has caused so much damage, in so many areas, that fixing his mess is going to be quite a challenge. He's screwed the pooch, wrecked the car, ruined the credit, pissed off the neighbors, and set fire to the house.
The fixers of his mess are faced with a real quandary. The economy is so messed up because of his 'feed the rich' and 'house ATM' economics, that its hard to address other messes he's made: the environment, education, social programs, health care, energy, etc, not to even think about how to fix his Iraq, Afghanistan, and other foreign policy disasters.
It's almost laughable to think of how he got elected: to restore dignity to the White House. It would be funny if it weren't so damned sad... |
