I've owned NAK for a couple of years. The watered down initiative (a stronger one was thrown out by an Alaskan court) may not make any difference even if it passes. adn.com So far, state regulators and attorneys have interpreted the initiative differently -- they say the initiative doesn't differ significantly from the state's current pollution rules.
