After 1994, he didn't burden himself with universal health care, for instance. Nor was he burdened with a multi-year recession along with the resulting demands for government "stimulus." Or a very high price of oil for that matter.

When things are going well, anyone can do a good job. But hey, I'd love to see the Democrats try and bring back the prosperity of the 90's. If they did it once, they can do it again!
