Hate to be negative, but I think Eclipse will flop for the same reason that ORNAND flopped.
The origonal idea behind these products was that manufactures would save money by having one single chip doing NOR and NAND, so they could sell Mirrorbit in 500mb - 4mb range where make decent margins.
Unfortunately, that setup is not what the market wanted. Most phones are configured with 32mb - 64md NOR and a slot for a memory card - which is NAND. This suits customers, because they don't have to pay for extra memory if they don't use it, but it doesn't suit Spansion because they make poor margins on 32mb - 64mb range.
