That's what the market was betting on all last week, as
FNM and FRE stocks collapsed, while spreads of their bonds
to treasuries narrowed. FNM and FRE stock prices then go to
zero. The USA is now at risk of a downgrade. Stay tuned
next week... Let's see if the dollar finally takes out 72
and March lows.
