Sentiment...ISEE..

Very little change last week in the 20dMA...with some sharp swings in the daily data.

At 108-111 last week, the 20d remains slightly bullish....well above the extreme bearishness...83-87...shown at the Mar market low...and also somewhat above the 103-108 moderate bullishness shown in the week of the Jan market low..

While it can be said that the index at this level would not rule out a market rally, it can also be said that sentiment is not yet bearish enough to indicate a market low in this area..
