(Amex:IA - news) announced today that it has withdrawn its previously announced offer to acquire up to 100% of the common stock of Zegarelli Group International, Inc. (Nasdaq:ZEGG). Millennia's decision to withdraw its offer was based upon Zegarelli's news release dated October 15, 1997 in which it stated that it expected to report a substantial loss and a significantly lower shareholder equity for the quarter ending September 30, 1997 .
