Uh huh. Sure. Just saying something loudly doesn't make it true. I know you model this after what Bush does, but he is a proven liar.

Well, let's see. They had some documents with mysterious origins and lots of internal inconsistencies. Like the name of the president of Niger. On the other hand, they had lots of people telling them that it wasn't happening. Like the State Department, the CIA and the IAEA.

And the fact that virtually every gram of yellowcake production is accounted for from the time it leaves the mines to the time it winds up in approved hands with no real way to divert it.

Yup, I can see how that could mislead him.

A lie just requires you to tell something that you don't know is the truth. Not hope is true, or might be true if you only had some proof. Not a guess. Unless you have some basis for believing it is true and then present it as truth, then you are lying.
