You keep trying to CONFLATE the two different phrases: "US citizen" and, "natural born US citizen". I'm doing nothing of the sort. "US Citizen" breaks down in to "natural born US citizen", and "naturalized US citizen". McCain isn't/wasn't naturalized. He's a citizen by birth, and thus a naturally born US citizen.
