Interesting. Is that part of a govt. sponsored propaganda to prop things up into elections? Or is it nothing more than a ploy to move things back up after some dead bodys have been made? Then there is the old saying buy when blood is running in the streets. Bet money flows out of raw materials and treasuries into - you guess it- stocks and real estate?
