Yes, but on the cheap and easy variety of energy we are running low.

If a person can afford heating and cooling a MacMansion and drive a big SUV, that's fine with me. But as an ideal for a lifestyle for people on general, it's finished -- unless we invent - or discover - the Perpetuum Mobile in some form or another. And good old black gold simply ain't it.
