We've all become so sharp at tearing down bullish rhetoric, such articles just don't fly around here.

"recent flow of housing data provides convincing evidence that the worst of the decline is over"

"Take sales of existing homes ... their relative stability probably indicates that ...."

"Sales of new homes ... might fall again, though probably not by very much."

"In other words, the worst is behind us."

"While single-family housing starts are still going down ... how much farther can they fall?"

IMO there's no "convincing evidence" of anything in this article. While someday the markets will change
their tune again to "it's not so bad" - I can't imagine the public buying these "bottom is here" stories
much anymore
