On friday it looked like they would let fnm/fre float for awhile.

But I think with the Indymac headlines over the weekend, they will tilt towards adding cash to fnm/fre. The risks are pretty high this week for another run on the banks. Which would make matters a whole lot worse for the gov't to deal with down the line.
