I thought that there was something questionable about the whole scenario. Me too, I think Cheney and the PNAC did exactly what they wrote they would do. They got wind of a pending hijacking and they took no action so that they would have an excuse to go to war. I think they got more than they bargained for when the planes were used to crash into buildings. That is a far cry from the far-fetched scenarios of thermite and long hidden explosives which would have taken a cast of hundreds and no mistakes. I just don't believe this administration could do anything complex without mistakes. TP
