I have been a Republican for over 40 years since I shocked the Irish family and dropped the Democrat mantra. I must say McCain is the Republican candidate who has MOST turned me off in all of these years. You are right - what he has going for him is he is not Obama. I am being asked to vote for dumb or dumber. It is very frustrating to have to vote for dumb. I consider McCains' stance on ANWR and Cap and Trade to be plain and simple STUPID! How can I vote for someone I believe is STUPID. Ah but Obama is STUPID and worse. I am forced to chose between dumb and dumber! youtube.com
