Well, congats to those who bought those Oct 25 Calls awhile back. IOM is currently Up 2 points (8%) to 26 3/4. But, if you notice, SYQT is also up 6.5% today in the middle of this tech bloodbath. Looks like SYQT has bottomed and is primed for another move back up. The Street seems to think there's still life in Syquest.

Syquest put out a press release stating that the trademark "SyJet" doesn't infringe on any other intellectual property.

This is just a first step in the vindication of the ridiculous charges Iomega has brought against Syquest. I think we all agree here that the Iomega's suit against Syquest is just a ploy to divert resources and attention away from Syquest's products and into litigation. What a slimy way to do business. Oh well, I guess if you want to play with the big boys, you gotta act like them.
