Funny you mention that. I'm a TA person too, and use a system
of my own design. :-) However, there are a lot of stocks
which are oversold, not just Ascend, and on a day which is
crappy like today, such stocks are not up.

Ascend is oversold, I agree...and the indicators in my system
have indeed turned positive; turned position about 2 weeks ago.
However, to make an upward move of ~2 points on a crappy day
...it takes more than pure technicals. We broke out today above
the 20SMA, which was have't been able to do since breaking
below on the downside in early August. Thus, closing above
the 20SMA by 1/2 a point or more would be very positive going
into next week.

Want a chart? Can send you one with my indicators through e-mail,
