I get the feeling most who were biased to one way of thinking for a long time are lucky to be break even the past decade... Stuff goes to extremes and logic gets thrown out the window.. For me easy money is made safely when real estate is cheap with few paying attention and when stock markets crash on a parabolic VIX and already steep yield curve.... The jury is still out on DUG, SMN or the junior gold miners as theme plays of the future versus buying up houeshold names like Borders Bookstores or Circuit City now beaten up as if they are going under.. Everyone forget about Nortel Networks whose prospects have never been beter but the stock price is back to NASDAQ crash bottoms? I hear internet traffic is 'quietly' doubling every 12-18 months and full capacity will be reached soon....Can anyone explain why the biotech index has quietly broken out with all the market turmoil of late? The alternative energy theme with total control of the Dems looking down the road probably the biggest opportunity yet.. amazing times..
