I agree with you, it's a shareholders loss with this agreement. The first step Guidi took was to elect Brad, relative of John, to be a director. No doubt Brad is a great man, but his actual commitment to doing something for ALL shareholders is limited since he is otherwise occupied far far away. Now if they hit a well, perhaps he an advise on pipeline size to the nearest tank farm.
There is always something to complain about with this outfits ethics and ownership and stewardship of our money.
