krugman is an idiot. of course it wasnt bush's policies alone that did us in . congress and the fed were fully complicit. but under true leadership none of this might have happened.

1) Lower trillions of dollars in tax cuts to rich caused the deficit in ther first place accoring ot the non paritcson congressional budget office

2) Two wars we are paying 2/3 billion a week for by borrowing from China.

Without those two, had taxes stayed intact and we had not gone to war we would be in a much much better place to weather the sub prime storm.
