Yes but that government spending has been the same if not more over the last 8 years. So even if you keep it as a constant, with the business and consumer spending declines we should already be in a negative GDP. Unless business spending is better than people think (cause clearly consumer spending isn't doing too well). I don't know. I expected Q1 and Q2 to be negative.
