I think that it says a lot about how escaping social unrest is not going to be as easy as moving to the country and putting in a vegetable garden and raising a few chickens. If thieves can get away with that shit now, just think how bad it is going to be when the police force is cut in half or goes 99% corrupt because the states can no longer afford to pay them a living wage...then the real "fun" begins.
