Good question. You will receive your 1:5 shares on or about July 18, 1998. Also, you will receive a similar number of warrants, exercisable at $2.25 for a three-year period from the date of closing, so by the time we get them, we will have 2 years to exercise them. Hopefully, something good will come of that also. A total of 6,269,226 commons shares of ITCO are involved.
