Actually, no.

We are now approaching a rate of 2 working employees to support each retiree. As you are no doubt aware, this ratio has changed over the years, and we know that trend will continue until such time as there aren't enough people working to pay the benefits of those who are retired.

The point is, you say it, but it is not consistent with the facts.
