Re: ask yourself if it isn't a more straightforward explanation that your trust doesn't mean a C$%p to them and that they are doing what they want to do.

That certainly seems to apply to pretty much everything the Republicans have done since they gained control of the executive branch.

It's just stunning the way the Republicans have manipulated or ignored the law while their friends looted this nation of everything it worked so hard for, from its strength and treasure to its honor.
