Starr leaked the questions to the press... Starr spent $70MM on a wasted effort only to come up with obst. of justice and perjury. Obst. of Justice? For lying about the irrelevant BJ???? Give me a break.

It's hard to understand how his affair with Monica Lewinski had ANYTHING to do with a sexual harrasment case. Jones's case was DISMISSED. Clinton was a busy man and didn't have further time to waste on Jones's frivilous lawsuit so he paid her off.
