is that CT will be shutting down the PHS system in October and giving out/sellilng 70 million cdma phones. We can dream <g>, but unfortunately, I think it is safe to say that isnt happening. However, I am coming around to the view that CT is going to be much more aggressive than I had previously imagined. The expected 17 billion Yuan of spending by the end of the year is a very good sign. A doubling of units (to 40 million) now seems like it could be a conservative estimate. Slacker
