This is a period for Mergers and Acquisitions; All price action now is designed to facilitate these transfers.

The trade has created ETF's as proxy for a sold out supply of actual stock. ETF's are the distraction designed and sold to distract investors from wanting to own the products of the market. ETF's may be structured as rights, where the underlying securities may never have been located as supply with clear title.

As everyone here should realize the accumulated dollars held overseas must be spent here in the US. The current market is a conglomeration of applied intent, including negative news, CAPM entanglement,packaged under the terms that, certain impending death dictates stocks must go to zero.........or else..............baloney.

Truth is, all the proxies & scripted media cant change the facts that this market is very much sold out....the price artifact is simply the tool used to deny stakeholders market values at market prices, these times are but an effort to facilitate acquisition by mostly foreign interests.

We have duly noted the arrival and subsequent involvement of a wide range of intent representing private and public foreign capital.

The broker dealer complex ceased working for investors long ago. Now, thier role is to distract and facilitate action harmful to investor goals.
