Regarding the 2nd Law of Thermodynamics. en.wikipedia.org and your statements the assumptions that conduction and convection are zero in the transfer of heat from the earth surface is idiotic. & Also it is based upon the 2nd law of thermodynamics being suspended No, as I understand it, actually the paper assumes the 2nd Law of Thermodynamics is working normally. As much conduction and convection can go into the atmosphere as happens in real atmospheres. 4. The only way the fourth power of the surface temperature can exceed this limit is to be covered by an atmosphere that is at least partially opaque to infrared radiation. This is the atmospheric greenhouse effect. That is how I see it. Maybe you could enlighten us further??
