Good News. The USA is to establish a "Sovereign Poverty Fund" which will invest in domestic banks, mortgage companies, monoline insurers, housebuilders, realtors, auto companies, retailors and coffee shops. The US taxpayer will be the biggest investor and can demand of the managers(Paulson/Bernanke)that the holdings in the fund accurately reflect the collapse(typo-dynamism)of the US economy!
Holdings in gold, silver and oil related stocks will not be allowed as they are considered too risky and volatile for the average risk averse US taxpayer!
