Any thoughts (yours or your contacts') on the authorization of 150M additional shares (to double the existing auth sh) as being part of a "poison pill" strategy to avoid a hostile takeover, given the company's relatively small market cap?

They could be just watching their own butts by doing this. Does that make sense? Wondering...
