Your primary examples are both false and not treaties - you can't break what you don't sign in the case of Kyoto and nobody met their goals anyway - so they'll all in hot water.

As for the Geneva convention it relates to prisoners of war which in the SCOTUS case they we're not classified as prisoners or war but detainees so they fall under US law instead.

Try again - please try to deny Nobama claimed he would break a treaty and unilaterally just negotiate a new one with two of our strongest allies and trading partners - talk about who needs enemies when you got friends like Nobama.
