Let me get this straight. A company with 140.4 Million shares outstanding, with revenue (not earnings..but revenue) of only $5 million per year is going to some how trade at $1/share?? In this market environment? Who cares how low the float is?

Per the last filing available (Sept 2007), net income for the 9 months was only .0024/share (less then a quarter of a cent per share!) and revenue was only 3.5 cents per share.

Just how is the stock going to hit $1/share? Please explain how this is the "greatest pink sheet" stock available?

I've read the past 100 posts but I still don't get it! Based on the balance sheet, the stock's assets are currently worth 1 cent per share.

Price to sales of 33? PE of 400?

Thanks in advance....
