Your timing of that find is more than just interesting. The significance of this Short Sale rule is astounding. The Fed is more than just scared,imo. They are terrified~! No mention of the associated costs which will surface from all this which surely the next Administration will have to deal with.
This current Administration has been nothing but a complete and utter failure!
