Well, partisans on the other side believe Bush is just as guilty of plenty of stuff: war crimes, lying to the public, breaking national security laws, etc. Funny thing is, he's not guilty of any of those crimes until he's convicted. Measuring the impact and breadth of their scumbagness, Bush wins hands down. Clinton hurt his credibility, but Bush hurt the nation - and thousands are dead, maimed, out of work, and hopeless as a result. The only good news is January 2009 is approaching - not quick enough, but getting here.
