Rule by Council in action: The United Nations' implementation of Agenda 21 uses, among others, the International Council for Local Environmental Initiatives (ICLEI). The name says it all...top down centralized control. The ICLEI is a large NGO. It's soviet in nature. The umbrella concept for it is called "sustainable development". Sustainable development/smart growth (deceptive language used in these terms) is heavily supported by the upper levels of both parties in this country. BOTH parties are pushing this obviously sovietized system on this country because when it comes to the overall agenda of globalization there is no difference between the parties. Globalization and top down total control has been the overriding agenda for decades. All the right vs left crap all this time has always just been a sideshow...a distraction. The false flag operation of 9/11 was both the symbolic signal to bring in and psyop wedge to facilitate the rapid acceleration of the total control global sovietized one world government. BOTH the Democratic and Republican parties, both controlled by the same international group of globalists, have worked together to bring this about in this country. video.google.com
