Which begs the question....Obama, Pelosi, and Reid is going to do this how? Promoting research of alternative fuels and encouraging the development of mass transit funded by gas taxes is some of the ways that will happen. By raising your capital gains taxes? By raising your gasoline prices higher? You're going to park your BMW and ride the bus? By raising your taxes. Every red state in the union will have to start paying more.....carrying their full load. Fixed.
