Homeland Integrated Security Systems, Inc. Advances Cyber Tracker Marketing Campaign in Southeastern U.S.

ARDEN, NC--(MARKET WIRE)--Jul 16, 2008 -- Homeland Integrated Security Systems, Inc. (Other OTC:HISU.PK - News) announced today that the Company continues to move ahead with its Cyber Tracker marketing campaign to county governments in North Carolina and Florida. Homeland Integrated Security Systems recently provided proposals to two counties in Florida and two in North Carolina for Cyber Tracker technology.

The company is showing the counties and other private companies how CT technology can provide a quick ROI and return money to the bottom line. The Company is currently demonstrating the capabilities of the CT-150 and the CT-410. The CT-150 is an economical alternative designed for customers interested in a simple, low-cost solution for tracking assets. The CT-410 provides GPS tracking, GEO fencing (monitoring whether there is a breach in a restricted area). It also provides methods for reducing fuel consumption such as improving dispatching procedures and route monitoring as well as vehicle idle time. Cyber Tracker technology also allows over-the-air programming.

The company expects to create new revenue streams and sales of Cyber Tracker products and data tracking software because of this program.
