Israel cannot attack Iran without US approval

That would be big step towards national suicide since many GIs would die in the Iranian response and the American people would know who is responsible.

BTW I do not expect crude to fall under $100 although I do not rule it out.

But even a drop to $110-120 would do wonders for stocks, the buck and GOP electoral chances.
