Yeah, I've been wondering what the true SPSN short shares outstanding was for some time. In this market the wolves can tear a company apart before you can blink an eye. I don't know how many naked shorts are out there, but the amount must be huge. What the SEC needs to do is enforce the rules and get rid of the grandfathered short shares outstanding. As far as I'm concerned the SEC is too cozy with wall street. Heads at the SEC should have fallen long ago.
