See the ONSHORE? Of course there were big spills onshore. Refineries and tank farms were flooded and wrecked. Really there wasn't much onshore spillage, I have reviewed some of the damage there and all I saw was contained in the dyked containment area around the tanks, maybe some small amount lost from wind blowing it out, and evaporation, thats about it.
