The bigger issue is how much race will matter at the polling booths. Exactly. If the Republicans are able to successfully keep thousands of potential Obama voters disenfranchised, as they were able to do to Gore in 2000 and Kerry in 2004, it could be a real horse race. Guess we'll have to wait and see if the Justice Department is still a part of the GOP Politburo or not. Got any Diebold "voting" machines?
