As you probably recall, Cambridge is a large town. You were probably walking around Central Square. Sorry to disappoint you but I am not an expert on patent litigation so I will not be capable of contributing much in this area. Barry (or was it Larry?) should be of greater help. One last question on the matter and please do not think I am trying to pick on you or any one: Do you think someone who is currently not holding INTC should consider the DEC lawsuit a "non-issue" (i.e., the probability of it having a negative effect on the stock being small - less than 10%) when considering to invest in INTC? PS: How do you like the market today? How far down (or up) do you think we will go? I know this is not your area of expertise. I doubt there are any experts in this area, but was just wondering if you would venture a "liability free" guess. Let me know when you come back to town.
